2.The tubes are filled with a water-resistant filling compound.
3.A Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP) locates in the center of core as non-metallic strength member.
4.Tubes (and fillers) are stranded around the strength member into a compact and circular cable core.
5.An Aluminum Ployethylene Laminate (APL) is applied around the cable core.
6.The cable core is covered with a thin PE inner sheath, which is filled with jelly to protect it from water ingress.
7.Ater a corrugated steel tape armor is applied, the cable is completed with a PE outer sheath.

2.Inner packed in fumigated wooden drum, and outer covered by polyethelene sheet, then sealed by strong wooden battens.
