GYTA33 fiber Optic Cable 48 60 core HDPE sheath steel wires strength member subsea submarine subwater Optical Fiber Cable Armored Communication cable

The GYTA33 optical cable consists of optical fibers housed in PBT loose tubes, which are filled with a thixotropic compound. The core is reinforced with a steel wire, and in cables with larger core counts, a PE cushion layer is added. The loose tubes are twisted around the central reinforcement using SZ stranding, and the gaps in the core are filled with water-blocking compounds. The outer sheath is armored with a single thin round steel wire and coated with a polyethylene layer.

The GYTA33 optic cables are especially applicable for the installation in the freshwater and shallow water area. It doesn’t need the junction, and can be used for the wiring under the water with shorter communication distance .
